But there are MANY other foods your child can be allergic to ...

I am a mother of a 10 year old child with multiple anaphylactic food allergies. Raising her has been a life, and career, changing experience.  After a successful career in human resources management, I decided to focus my energies on helping families like mine cope with the challenges of raising children with food allergies.

I understand that learning about your child's food allergies can be overwhelming and stressful.  When you work with me, you can get personal advice from someone who has made food allergies her personal focus for over 10 years.

  • In home consultation
  • Educating friends and family with recipes and food substitutions.
  • Making reasonable decisions with food shopping, discovering new foods and reading labels.
  • Advocate throughout child's social development:
    • How to handle playdates, carpools, birthday parties, camp, enrichment programs, babysitters, and family gatherings.
  • Help you advocate for your child during school enrollment and ongoing safety issues.
  • Making reasonable decisions during vacation planning.
  • Help you anticipate the need for communication and flexibility while traveling.
  • Help choosing restaurants and communicating with food service handlers.
  • Coping with the challenges you face
